We set up our IT department because of something I saw at a factory. At the end of every month, office staff stayed late typing numbers into Excel, even though the machines could produce that data at any time.

Plenty of everyday problems that software could solve are still out there. The IT department's job is to find them one by one and turn them into systems that reliably work.

In real estate, we value holding for the long term and taking good care of what we own. Our IT business is no different: we care less about flashy technology than about systems people keep using every day. Our IT department is just getting started, and we will build trust step by step, starting by going to see where our clients work.
