Toukei Asset Management is a company in Sakaisuji-Hommachi, Osaka. Building on our real estate investment business, we established an IT department in August 2026 to develop software. We build and maintain business systems, and we intend to stay with each one for a decade or more.

About Toukei Asset Management
We were founded in Osaka in 2023 as a real estate investment company. Building on that base, in August 2026 we established an IT department to expand into software development. Our eight engineers bring experience in manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare and more.
We make a point of understanding how our clients actually work. Instead of designing from a spec alone, we ask to see the work in person first.
